We kicked off our meal with the classic Kimchi Pancakes, and they were a crispy revelation on the outside, with an explosion of flavors on the inside. The perfect way to start our culinary adventure. Now, when it comes to drinks, one simply cannot visit K-town Pocha without trying their signature Soju cocktails. I couldn't resist ordering the Watermelon Soju, and it turned out to be the ideal choice, especially on a hot summer evening.
