【美食】New York || NY, USA - K-town Pocha

Located right in the heart of New York's bustling K-town, this restaurant is a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of Korea, but on a weekend night, it gets really crowded, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the lively atmosphere and a buzzing crowd. The Korean pop music playing in the background added to the overall vibe.

We kicked off our meal with the classic Kimchi Pancakes, and they were a crispy revelation on the outside, with an explosion of flavors on the inside. The perfect way to start our culinary adventure. Now, when it comes to drinks, one simply cannot visit K-town Pocha without trying their signature Soju cocktails. I couldn't resist ordering the Watermelon Soju, and it turned out to be the ideal choice, especially on a hot summer evening. It was not only refreshingly cooling but also packed quite a punch in the flavor department.
