Since the pandemic, Providence seems to have simplified its menu, offering just one price point, which makes dining here much more accessible. It also appears that getting a reservation is no longer as difficult as it used to be. My group of six dined here on a Friday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the restaurant kindly arranged for us to sit in a private little room. The decor of the room was wonderfully Japanese-inspired, with a cozy, home-like warmth that made the experience even more special.

As expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant, the service was impeccable. Each dish came with a fresh set of utensils, and a server would personally explain the dish to us. At one point, three servers came out together to ensure that all our dishes arrived at the same time, so we could enjoy the food simultaneously, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Having seen so many rave reviews about the Uni Egg, we decided to give it a try--and we were absolutely blown away! It definitely lived up to the hype, and we'll be ordering it again next time. The seafood at Providence is always top-notch, and each dish we tried was absolutely delicious. It's a relief to know that after all these years, the restaurant has consistently maintained its high standards of quality. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

Overall, an unforgettable meal with outstanding service and incredible flavors. Highly recommended!
