The Chef's table, with its private enclave, not only provides a glimpse into the kitchen's inner workings but also offers an outstanding view of the Bellagio's mesmerizing water fountain show. The ambiance alone is worth the visit.
Let's dive into the exquisite cocktail menu. Personally, I found the SAN REMO to be a standout, boasting a perfect harmony of flavors. For those who prefer a lighter touch, the BERRY SMASH is a delightful choice, steering clear of overpowering alcohol notes.
Given our sizable party, we took the opportunity to explore a variety of dishes. My personal favorites included the DUCK & FOIE GRAS RAVIOLI—a masterful blend of seasonings that left my taste buds singing with delight. The SQUID INK TAGLIATELLE, a must-try appetizer, showcased both visual appeal and exquisite taste.
