Celebrating its 10th year in business, MU stands as a pioneer in the world of exclusive reservation-based restaurants in Kaohsiung. This hidden gem seamlessly blends culinary elements from Japan, France, and China, creating a delightful fusion that tantalizes the taste buds.
The restaurant's uniqueness lies not just in its remarkable fusion cuisine, but also in its intimate setting. With a seating capacity of only 12 guests per dining session, advanced reservations are a must. Stepping inside MU, you are welcomed into a serene ambiance, adorned with minimalist yet elegant decor that sets the stage for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
During my visit, I opted for the wine pairing option, and I must say, it elevated the flavors of each dish to new heights. The menu, though seemingly intricate, showcased a harmonious blend of diverse elements, meticulously crafted by the chef. Each dish was a masterpiece, reflecting the chef's dedication and creativity.
